The application treats a permit for twelve turbines with a maximal total height of 200 meters. The area is pointed out in the municipality’s wind plan as a suitable area for windpower.

Gothia Vind is expanding its own capital to realize its potential. Gothia Vind is having discussions with potential collaboration partners which will result in so called private placements, either in the company as a whole or in specific projects. As a part of this Gothia Vind started a joint venture together with a Japanese investment company in July 2010. During the 2011 Gothia Vind has expanded and started another office in the northern part of Sweden so now Gothia Vind has offices in Gothenburg and Skellefteå.

The company has existing expertise in both running projects in bigger formats and specific expertise with regard to Wind Power technology. Gothia Vind will develop, build and manage Wind Power installations in good wind situations in Sweden.
